Global Education

It is important that, across the curriculum, children develop a growing understanding of global issues and are able to compare and contrast their own experiences and cultures with those across the world.

The school is fortunate to be part of a British Council initiative, which enables us to have a strong link with Huwe School in Tanzania, through which children develop a close and meaningful understanding of a contrasting global culture. Children regularly raise money through their own initiatives to support Huwe School and staff take part in exchange and development visits.
