Our school lunches are provided by The Royal Oak, Gladestry. The lunches are served in our School Hall and the children are supported by Mid Day Supervisors
We encourage children to eat with a knife and fork and develop their social skills as they talk and eat together
The lunches are freshly prepared daily using local and seasonal ingredients where possible
Children are able to choose from a meat/fish course or a vegetarian course. Desserts are mostly home-made. Bread is available daily. Packed lunches can, of course, be brought in from home if parents prefer
All Key Stage 1 pupils (Reception, Years 1 & 2) receive free school meals
The cost of a school meal for Key Stage 2 children (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6) is £2.70. Meals should be booked and paid for in advance via ParentPay
