Herefordshire Council's SEND Local Offer is an online resource where families can find out about the support, services and information available for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
The SEND Local Offer includes information about education, health and social care services from birth to 25 years of age and much more. Some of the content on the Local Offer has been co-produced with parents and carers of children and young people with SEND to ensure the information is useful.
Families can find out about health and wellbeing services available in Herefordshire, access information and support around neurodivergence, find out how to request an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment and more.
If families are struggling to find specific information, they can email localoffer@herefordshire.gov.uk and they will help to signpost them to the relevant area of the site.
